Yo folks,

Is there any way I can get my hands on any kind exp boost item without having to buy it from the cash shop? I'm level 65.

Goblinball and Skirmishes vendors sell those. But it might be more efficient to farm Time Void for experience and marks that you can use to instantly complete a quest on further locations
