It's on F2P server, league side.
Here is a few things:
- There are a very few players, who are new and they don't understand game mechanics, needs. I saw Player level 30 without runes! - not even level 1.
when you dont read the text in the game you will miss important information like things about runes
reading is essential
What do you think if they missed the talent tree will they know it must pay in order to fix it?
game clearly says there is free rspec until you hit level 16

I would suggest to make an in game mail with Water of Death Droplets. Also with stats, if they put some useless place let they fix it.
That would help to respect to Tanks for astral. Have anyone tried to find a tank for astral 23-50 or what level is?
respec is sent out free from time to time
also, when you hit max level you can get free respec from R2/D2 golem
astral23-50 has mercenaries? i havent found time to test this
if yes there is no proble, merc tank is great
I think this could be implemented with very few effort from game developers.
The Astral problem S1, S3:
They allowed to go there or a "taxi" will bring there and is accessible. That's great they can enjoy gearing up.
After a few gears the allod become easy. They stop hiring tanks and go with 6x dps, and make a dps race... unbelivable...

Very hard to believe, but many - many players don't know yet about the agro system. The enemy boss will attack randomly a player, hence even if is a dps, still not enough he rune level 1 at defense... and there are aoe damages. You can name this like "noob" or "trash" players but there are many.
i name them rookies

when you do this often you will improve
The game itself doesn't have an Agro meter addon built in, not visible for they.

Many scouts and mages starts with they highest damage spells the fight. Usually the tank will taunt and it's ok, unless they are a lot more geared than the tank and the taunt time elapsed and is on CD. They will blame the tank because not holding agro...
there is an instant aggro skill
dps who cant wait should be able to absorb some dmg
rowdy brow can instant aggro
if you cant do better than the mercenary tank you should consider playing dps
Then the healers: they philosophy is when the tank is at low health, they can heal better ( which is true, almost). Usually they do with a warrior, who will loose HP linearly. The very big surprize for they is when a paladin tank with 60% of 20M HP - is around 12M will almost instantly die!
proper healer should keep party at ~100% all the time
if he cant, he should let the mercenary do it
The bosses give me 2M-6M dmg in each barrier ( at S4) 4 barrier x 4M average damage = 16M. Ihave like 3 spells to reduce the dmg, but when I release this to my body from 20M taking 16M it will be an instant death. I can tell to they to heal me to Full HP and after 10 sec put a heal over time spell on me, but no reason to tell, they don't believe me and they are the healer not me and they do the job well, just I can't tank
get a proper healer then, matron lighthand will be happy to help
It would be very nice idea to let the healer see how many damages are in my barriers and see they time. Maybe they will believe I need 100% HP before boss in S2-S4 and after 5 sec of the fight I need HoT spell , because I will drop HP soon with 2M-6M packs...
As a fail tank I went to DPS role.
good job I got a party where everyone was geared better with me, some are used Elixirs from Shop.
We got last time the Zone 51 allod.
At the first boss, if you care about top read the boss buff, you will see at the description it has a protection against damages...
They were geared and full dps, tank didn't care about, he only know he needs to tank: hold agro and damage reduction...
Actually he and who is targeted by the second immune boss ( but mostly the tank) must form a lime and produce a collosion with the targeted boss.
If the collision produce the original buff disappear and it will become vulnerable for a while, will be a cross sign buff.
Sadly the tank didn't care about this.
ppl often just want to do the easy way
press 2 or 3 buttons and not more
The second boss: very easy at S3, so they don't care about 80% , 60% inmune and aoe, everyone just dps-ed and wondered why isn't dieng the boss and wipe us.
I bring the red circle to boss and told to bring the blue circle but nobody.... we got wiped.
Went back wiped again, nobody brigs the circle, nobody reads the buss, just asking "how much GS have you?" if I want to be dps. I had like 69k and something, others 71-73k gs... but how they did they allod until now?
usually every boss is doable just by dps stubbornly in non-hard sectors
To recruit this party at least 30 astral megaphones were wasted...
why do you waste megaphones for easy sector?
there is autosearch and free mercs
( i would understand if you wrote s4 (hard) but not S3)
The next allod is the Turtle (s3):
At first boss, they wanted to kill the turtle, even is immune..."kill the ads fast " principle
these are rookies then or experienced players without knowledge of this allod
write "add immune focus boss", should help
Skirmish:
Voting afkers, slackers doesn't work, simply not kicked. Many times tied. If somebody made tiny dmg that will be there.
There is a random skirmish when need to capture they other golem and bring to our home, ( and help escorting) / prevent they other team to do the same with out golems. Most of my teams just stay in middle ( in bast case) and PvP - who care about golem...
many players just want to kill
dont care about golem game itself
playerkill also adds points and helps winning
Guilds:
Loy 10, prestige 0 has champion tabards.
Me with loy > 80 "not enough tabard at the moment"
get a proper guild then or form one yourself
leaving the current one will most likely not result a a loss of anything of worth then
Raids:
Everyone want to keep they boxes for themself, not helping to stay in party, because they lose the right to do that Gt box on that week
dont raid with ppl who act not like you want
GT can be solo'ed
Actually to which part to "enjoy" to the game and with who?
i dont know what YOU enjoy
personally i think its a bad idea to make the own joy dependent on the bahavior of other ppl you cant control...
everyone like other things in game
i like kill&annoy players in pvp, enjoy landscape, gain gold, farming, levleing...
i dont like putting effort in temporary things
find out whats fun to you
If this a hint for hard or easy sectors?oh and 1 thing to add for tank:
viable tankplay= 1 healer 1 tank rest dps
skip all mobs
only attack boss
fight with all packs and boss at same time
save even more time

but its more likely doing all these kills was the better experience over winning the AOE for him, thus his decision to go dps

It is actually up to them to decide what should they do. If they wanted to go KoE and gank there they would've done that.In that case he should have gone to Kingdom of Elements, farmed up a War Banner and started ganking people INSTEAD of queuing for a skirmish.
People like that should be vote-kicked. Their runes and gear are useless if they don't do what needs to be done. A much less geared/cash shopped person could make a much greater contribution in their place.

This is a FUNDAMENTAL problem with the game. Something what should be on devs' "to fix ASAP" list.
A player should never, ever be able to achieve such a position, a gear reset should occur prior to that every time.
Vote kick allows you to pick one of the reasons to kick: "slacking" or "being rude", which one fits them most?
And how would you figure that someone in the raid is contributing more to the objective than those who got most dmg/frags? How should people confirm that best DPS/killer in the team isn't adding to the objective?
it's every player decides for themselves.
