Game crashing when opening recruit chests, selling, etc.

I have tried several methods, from reinstall, turning off firewalls for clean download, turning off anti virus, cleaning registry files, etc. All the other my.com games run fine. But Allods runs until I try to get something sold out of my bags, which are full. Game just insta crashes.
I need help, and tech support hasn't been very helpful.
