Lightning bolt mount

I was wondering if you can get the lightning bolt mount in more than one way.

Also, is there any other two-passenger mounts?

You buy it by topping up from other players, you buy it with gold from other players, you buy boxes if there are any left in auction house and HOPE u win it with low %, and that is the only mount with 2 seats in the game.
