Builds From Players (Contribute Please)

So, I made a new Psi reincarnation with my Aoido spark, and I reached greatness and the soloable raid rubies, but now I need viable builds. So, what build do you guys use for PvP / PvE?

By the way if you want to give me a build I have 71 talent points apart from given skills at level 1 and 63 rubies.

Something like this I have.
The gear is everywhere "critical" where I can get.
I don't have enough rubies. But I am missing a lot of rubies.

At aoe is fine. Scouts and healers can do more Aoe dps in some cases.
At boss I am the best ( with similar gear) , but need to have those Astral Venom rubies, and cast it when I have 3 stack on boss.
Others are doing even better with Phantoms, but I can't master it.

Entropy sucks. Drop it entirely. Max Superiority instead.
Torture not worth it with Assault Aspect. Echo of pain is not worth it full stop.
Full Concentration rubies without taking concentration? ?(
Master of Phantoms is better than Physical damage rubies.
Take twin, it's awesome mobility and damage reduction for when things get hairy.

Other than that it's fine.

The Rotation is very important. You have to find that on your own.

torture is needed for a perfectionists "complete" AOE rotation, otherwise you will have a few "dead" seconds
if you dont have enough rubies you can skip tortue & rubies related to it

I personally prefer to get a little bit of Swiftness to take care of those dead seconds.

also an option
must be interesting for those who intend to reduce mental puls cd for cc builds

but overall it means less dmg for sure

I was told the only viable build for Psi now is Support build. Does that apply for PvE (astral) or just for PvP? Does anyone have a good Support Psi build?
