So I contacted support and they seem to not think its a big deal for me so I will post here. I switched from Warrior to Warden about a week and some days ago, and I do not have the Kingdom of Nature teleport nor do any of the NPC's in novograd or lightwood give me anything to go there. I tried the sawmil guy, I tried the quest finder, I tried the warden trainer all nothing. I demand someone from the support reply back to this thread or my emails. This is plain stupidity that you cant get back to me about this issue. I am very unsatisfied about this and it messes with some of my builds and for wardens not making potions for pve/pvp is game changing.
Every ticket will get a reply, but they have been experiencing issues with certain mail hosts, where the Support Team's replies are going AWOL en route.
Don't send false hope to people. Their mail system is fk'd and that is all that to it.
And I happen to be one that has sent a ticket and has received nothing not even a pm from a gm/cm/mod telling me that my ticket was received since the mail system is fk'd. Just because you and a handful of others got their tickets answered don't mean the everyone has. I know the vogue is to presume that all issues that a service provider has are really simple, but in this case it's patently untrue.
I, and several others have confirmed on this very forum that we have received emails from the Support Team on various issues. A total of 7 in my case.
The delivery of an email itself is also extremely technically complex - for example, all 150,000 users of the email system I support were left unable to email a handful of semi-major email domains a month ago, as a DNS fault lead to a blacklist inadvertently applying to our server rather than the intended target

Wraith02 has repeatedly advised people to PM him if they haven't heard back, as they have no way of knowing who has or hasn't received emails.
