The DxDiag shows a date of the 6th - it may just be a site/file date discrepancy.

Can you open Eventvwr and see if there's anything in the Application Log?

Bleh, that's an access violation.

That's going to be a massive headache to fix, and I'll need to run it past Wraith02, as it may be a bit dubious to run an exception logger in tandem with the client.
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I think it's pretty amazing that you all saved this game from extinction. And I hope , in time, that this problem is fixed and others that may have encountered it can enjoy the game . Thanks, sincerely..

Hi Fred,

Unfortunately I hadn't entirely thought through my last post - one of the hazards of posting at work where I have a lot more access to both machines and applications!

I'm not a GM, or associated with the game other than being a helpful player!

Out of interest, which Antivirus do you use?

And do you have an anti-spyware, such as MBAM running?

MSE is pretty solid, and isn't one of the ones I've seen causing trouble.

Might just be worth disabling that.

Hi Fred,

Did you manage to fix your problem? I found a very old post describing a solution for this error, and you can find it here:
http://en.allods.com/forum/index.php?pag…d&threadID=2298.

Thank you ! I did find the problem....I believe I did . Sadly I had to turn off Windowblinds. Hopefully a work around can be found....but for now I can just turn it off when I want to play. Thanks again !
