Problem with "Missing Shards of Knowledge" in the "Merti's Gifts" quest chain

While completing Sarbaz Merti's chain of quests, I did the first three (A scientific study, A test of courage, The Jezebel harpies) but I don't have on my log the last one, Missing Shards of knowledge. I cannot understand if there's some issue, like the NPC not giving the quest, if I haven't found it and I still have to get it somewhere.

Hi,

This is "historian's quests".
Normally the NPC gives all the quests, there are no hidden quests at another NPC. Do you still have room in your quest book?

It may be a bug, contact support team, or turn this topic to a bug report, with a screen of the interface with this npc :).
