Can't Get Reward From Not a Day Without a Gift.

I need some help regarding the Not a Day Without a Gift Box. When I completed the requirements for the Not a Day Without a Gift Box I got a Level 5 Rune as a reward. The next time I completed the Requirements for the Not a Day Witout a Gift Box it seems that the reward is bugged and I cannot get it currently. Can someone or better yet a GM help me resolve this problem?

You can only get one reward per day.

BTW I am Pinkaminus on the New Frontier Server. Is there any GM that might help me with that Technical problem?
