We fixed your account already.I'm having the same problem,already sent a ticket still no answerWhat do you mean with double registration? I think im the first case but i don't know. What i did was create a new account on my.com and tried to transfer my account again. The site told me that my id was already transferred though. I created a new account to see if i was having some other kind of technical difficulties to login. We've got two types of issues:
1. Transfer successful, but unable to login. We are working on this issue right now and will send you an email as soon as the solution is found.
2. "My characters are lost" issues, caused by accidental double registration. These cases are much rarer (about 1% of the total). If you think you encounter it, please create a ticket, we will resolve it manually.
I can also proof im the account owner (screenshots). What should i do? i already submitted a ticket with all my info, but there's no reply yet.

You need to log a ticket through this page and wait for a response.
Make sure to include your original gpotato ID, your current user name and that you want your new username to be removed.
