New Frontier Warden fast growth rubies

Warden fast growth rubies

As in title, in warden class, rubies called "Fast Growth" aren't working. It says they reduce the cast time of Sprout of Life by 2 seconds but it doesn't. Skill still has the 1.5s cast time.
