Are these two quests necessary?

I'm still wondering what quests can be skipped. I've skipped all side quests so far. World Mysteries I have completed, of course. But what about quests labeled "important"? You know, the exclamation points with slightly more color-saturation. Must I do these as well?

Here's my imminent example:
Ancient Portal

Also, Demonic Gates (Level 45) is a Raid World Mystery quest. Might I inquire about an easy method of achieving quest completion?

the one you postedon the image can be skipped you dont need it for anything
if yo ustill want to do it ask someone to use the cannon and kill the enemy

its not hard with level 75

The ones labeled Important needs to be done as most are quest chains and most will eventually give you part of a World Mystery.
As far as most of the raids go...Ancient Portal does not need to be done...That quest has another way to progress...You can always come back and do it at level cap if you are like me and want all quests done.
GT (or whatever it is called now) in Yazes to Teps can be solo'd at endgame. However you will need help on 1 boss as far as I know in Dead City.

whole DC raid is "soloable" aswell but you need good timing at the boss where you need to incinerate him with the dragon, otherwise it will take VERY VERY long
the boss which ccs you also needs a good timing otherwise you will be trapped and need to wait long until you die :S
the part with the 2 gatekeepers you can pull one to the other and kite him all the way

teps pyramid is the fastest soloraid;
catherina and others cant be soloed due to mechanics
