It has nothing to do with money. What ever you may think, its not just as simple as a "ticket in.. oh ban the guy 5 seconds later"
Not only do the support members have to GET to the support ticket in the list (there are a LOT of tickets being sent in).
But they also have to find ACTUAL irrefutable evidence that someone cheated before a ban is placed.
Screenshots can easily be doctored, or sent with the wrong context making them seam bad when they are not.
Videos can also be doctored or again have the wrong context.
Which is why anything sent in will be used as a guideline for further checks before any bans are placed.
After all.. how would YOU feel if someone sent in an out of context screenshot / video and YOU were banned right away without anyone actually checking it?
