Can't start game

Hello, today when I was trying to start up the game, it opened up, stayed on a white screen then crashed and gave me Error Code 1.8. I have deleted the Personal folder; DirectX and my video drivers are up to date, yet I am still experiencing this issue.

open taskmanager
kill all process "my.com" etc

try normal launcher
\Allods Online\bin\Launcher.exe
