Which time The Money Changer will be Available in The new server ? equilrlrim or some thing like that idk what the name of server xD

I remember reading somewhere (on RU forums) that the initial rate is determined from the gold values players put crystals on AH for. If that is true (which I don't know for sure), it won't be enabled unless people start putting crystals on the AH.
