Equipment Upgrade

Hello everyone
How are you all? hope you all fine
I want to ask something about upgrading your equipment
specially there level
my question is

Are there away to increase the equipment level ?
for example when I upgraded my armor from uncommon to rare it level become 5022
but most of the players there 5947 8|
Does that mean I making a mistake or there is something that increases the level ? ?(

I hope you could all help with that and thanks all

your armor have %

100% offensive and 100% defensive is optimal
if you have less you can upgrade at anvil

look the 2nd tab of the upgrade window (its a bit hidden)

direct drops can not be upgraded

Once you have upgraded a piece with the scroll, you look to the bottom to see two tabs, click on the tab on the right and should bring you to the upgrades and you will see your piece at the top but at a lower percentage like 50% offense and 60% defense, you need Amalgam and shardswhatever called again as-well as gold to upgrade them to 100%

in down you shold have page "Transmutation" then when you click on item you want "transmute" (up stats to 100%) you will have option to chose what stats (defensive or ofenive) you want uprage
