Caster dps leveling guide

Hello guys,

Can someone, with experience, share a dps caster build? Also a few hints about proper skill rotations?

There are no real caster builds anymore. I'd suggest this Healer PVE DPS build.
Should do the trick for questing since questing really has become easy now and this build is exactly what you want to have if you're going to progress on endgame PVE content. do NOT pvp with this, you will neve succeed and want to quit the game. Ask for a PVP SUPPORT build if you want to pvp as healer!
