Whne you upgrade the gear you have more points stats, so i hard to give a number.
Also at 500 points the efficiency decrease by half, Other stat decrease at 200 or 300...
Anyway: you have some stat point's to distributed, and other come from gears.
Basic stat for Tank:
40% to VIT,
30% to blood
30% to prof.
Gear Attack stat:
All you can to swiftness aim to arrive at 500 no more after the efficiency decrease of half so wasted point.
Rest to prof and some point to brut. In multi target can rise down prof for holy damage, max 200 will be fine.
Gear defensive stat:
All you can to Survivability, rest to caution and blood.
For PVP depend if single or multi, also there are 2 differnce way no swifness or with swiftnees is up to you.
Basic stat for PVP:
60% to prof 20%
20% brut
10% to blood.
10% to vit.
Stat for gear PVP:
Gear attack stat:
PRof to balanced with BRUT prof need to be higher than BRUT.
300-400 point to swift ( if want to go for no swift , put this point to prof and brut)
brut should be almost 3/4 of prof
Physical Damage from 200 to 300 points, but in Arena better switch to holy damage, for AOE damage.
Gear defensive stat:
All you can in Cautions
Concentrations 300 or more
Blood 300-400 points enough.
this stat is a basic after depend of the build you have, and yous play style.
So maybe you can choose some different balance, some Pala PVP use only Prof and not Brut, l, other had boost up physical.
All combinations of stat has pro and con so need decide time by time.
