no, this is not about beeing negative, its about facts, global cooldown is ruining the gameexpereince since 7.0 as large parts of gameplay became unresponsive and sluggish
especially healer & warrior feel like "i pressed a key but nothing happened" as the visual indicator shows "Its ready" but when you press it actually nothing happens which results in pressing the btton 3 times to act once - this is really harmful to the gameplay as it becomes a "player versus user-interface"-battle
i still hope for this to be removed one day along with may many other players
necromancer suffers least from GCD as howl of death is excluded from GCD and its used a lot normally
as the posters before me stated already;
temporal acceleration also helps
fire-sorcerer has fast gameplay
