When (and in what way? via ingame mail?) will I obtain collector edition items?

So, to cheer me up a little you will answer my questions :D

1) how much will it cost to buy from boutique those two:
- Lightning Bolt Kelpie Coupon (F2P)
- Coupon for Battle Mana Chopper Keychain (F2P)

2) what is "Lightning Bolt Kelpie"?

3) what is the difference between "Mana Chopper Keychain" and "Battle Mana Chopper Keychain"? I never had any battle mount so I don't even know if I can ride this battle mount outside of battlegrounds or what? :)

4) are "Mana Chopper Keychain" and "Battle Mana Chopper Keychain" separate mounts? Are those bound?

5) how will those items be delivered? by ingame mail? and to which toon? :)

3) they are the same thing except the battle one has more abilities that do stuff in battle
4) yes they are separate i think, and yes im pretty sure bound.
5) no clue how but to all toons on the account. Logical answer is yes through the mail

question for the admins, when will spark exp be turned on? since i see now they all give 0 exp
