Can you get the Ascending Box for Level 75 I have a personal level of 52

The Ark is only for new characters, you could restart and get everything if you won't miss anything at your level.

If you create new character, you will get 6/6 runes , mounts, scrolls and the box which makes you 75 level. So better you create new one character.
