Reset de talents au pnj (niveau < 15 / rémission)

Le pnj ne me propose pas de reset mes talents or je possède la rémission et avant ou après le level 15, rien ne chance :(

faut attendre le lvl 17 pour pouvoir effectuer un reset stat
