676090 BC = 6760 EURO/8,334 USD (buying 10000 BC without +700) so buying that bundle 67 times will get you the amount of BC you
need for the first convergence of runes to the next level (obviously it will be less during discounts/ bonus crystals / +700 BC etc. ASSUMING it was without +700 and you're buying flat out the amount without any bonus will probably cost you more than your new 2018 Cadillac Escalade (jk)

This is just converting 49152 level 1s to the corresponding level 2s you need to create level 13s
So assuming you need twice the CC to create the next corresponding amount of level 3s you need even more and so on
you still need to pay approximately 3000 EUROS to get even close to 11s or 10s for a matter of fact.
Someone tell me I suck at math and this is in no way real.
You need to pay PROBABLY 12k EUROS or more to get to level 13s or 11s-12s.

As you said (Who would use the default CC/GD ratio) I did, my calculations are correct and they are solely based on the raw and default price, with no discounts, no promotion, and no bonuses.

Of course if you're going for full level 13s you'd go buying the discounts etc.
You have to be smart on how you spend your money and try to spend as little as you can to receive what you desire.
It takes patience and thought to get those Lv13s at the most possible and lowest price.

Full level 13s in their RAW and default price(WITHOUT ANY PROMOTIONS) is exactly what I calculated. Hence why I said in brackets (buying 10000 BC without +700).

those 13s have many price points to be achieved at could probably even get them by spending almost 3000 euros or less if you carefully plan and buy during huge discounts as well that premium level 6 thing which I had no Idea about (excuse me lol)

It varies really.I just calculated how many runes, cc, and money you needed to get them. Never calculated gold dust or how many gold you need, neither have I used the exchange rate.

Solution to getting those 13s is just buy cc during huge BC discounts. Again what I calculated is the raw meat of level 13s without any seasoning and by buying cc through the basic rate.
