Costumes And Compensation Were Sent Out

Dear players,

We have sent out Collector's Costumes to all active characters yesterday during Downtime. You can find the costumes upon your login to the game on all of your characters.
We have also added 200 crystals to all accounts as compensation that we promised you in February and are very sorry that it has taken so long, but ht technical difficulties preventing us do that have been finally defeated.

Well, its good to see some few improvements, yet you guys keep falling for the same trap over and over again...
The major issue in the game that the people in the office aren't willing to listen to the community, for example:

- THIS thread about gifts for new players that caused a huge controversy and all what we got was a pain killer from a Moderator telling us to stay tuned on March 9th 2018:

I didnt say anything about giving a compensation or not!!!!! To make that 100% clear

All i said was: Mods and devs are reading this Thread but there is no answer to give atm. And thats why i wrote: we cant Post anything in the one direction or in the other!

It's almost 2 months now, and yet nothing happens, and what you've done has a huge handicap, the community has to deal with people with 0 experience in the game (I don't mind it actually) and yet there isn't any active MOD/GM in the game, so the community has to do your job for free ? that's a bit stingy if you ask me.

- And THAT thread as well, about the online gambling and loot boxes.

So, yeah rushing strongboxes and giving +30% top-up boost won't solve the Issue, you guys don't seem aware of what will this lead to, If you keep going with this policy...
Consider rebuilding the bridge between us that you've destroyed long long ago, and stop treating players as Euros and Dollars... take this recommendation to heart.
