Just turned 80, now what?

Returning player just turned 80 after turning 75 instantly. Where do i start to gear up for raids? Im mostly into pve. ?(

You can queue s1/s2/s3 from Skirmish Tab (ctlr + m) U can queue easy mode raid u need 1/1/8+ for pop every 10min,between 1pm-1am server time i think. If you Queue up to s1/s2/s3 from skirmish tab by pressing "Join" and not "Go" u can wait 5min then u get tp´d to allod and can hire Free Mercenaries!, Bg´s also gives u gear if u buy boxes with the currency :P and also u can buy insignias with bg currency which allows u to upgrade % on gear that drops 90/90 + so I recommend doing that too.
