Missing toon from account problem

Hi, I was able to get my toons back so I thought I should post how.


First things first: LOG OUT OF EVERYTHING. Log out from My.com forum, and GPotato sites.

Step 1) You need a new email. Create a new one.

Step 2) Make a NEW My.com (allods forum) account using the NEW EMAIL

Step 3) Make sure you are signed onto My.com using the new Email account you just made.

Step 4) GO HERE if you are from NA Allods, or GO HERE if you are from EU Allods and click on "Transfer Account" and log into GPotato. YOU HAVE TO USE THE GPOTATO SITE YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON (I was making the mistake of using the EU GPotato site).

Step 5) Once you are logged into GPotato AND My.com(with your new email). Click on the "Allods Online", this should take you back to Allods page.

Step 6) On the Allods page you will get a message, click on "Migrate". and you're done

Step 7) log into Allods using the new email and CLICK ON THE SERVER YOUR TOON IS ON. It will show 0 toons unless you click on it

SO now that we know this is not an issue with merging the servers but an issue with transfering from the wrong region. can I get a reset on the account Serifaz? I tried to contact support but no luck with response. I need my account unlinked from eu so I can link the us one. please

It worked for me just need to migrate your account on a different e-mail address than the one u had as registration e-mail for gpotato.

I fixed by
1) made new My.com and New gmail for it
2) logged out of en.allods.com and log in with new my.com account
3) log into gpotato.com thru transfer option on allods page
4) when it took me to the new allods website after that instead of saying I was registered to a diff my.com it registrar me to the new my.com account

the problem now is who alrdy did transfered and now gets this message Hello, nayrb! Your gPotato ID has been already migrated to the My.com account base, if you experience any issues while log in to the game, write to support.my.com.
I was having a similar issue, I had to make sure when I was trying to do the "transfer account" that I was logged out of my old My.com account first so I could do the "migrate" successfully using my new email.

This is the solution folks!!

As mentioned above log out of the launcher

Click on US Transfer Character in Launcher

Make a new email

associate it with gpotato ID via Gpotato site and

HAPPY PLAYING
