I was having a similar issue, I had to make sure when I was trying to do the "transfer account" that I was logged out of my old My.com account first so I could do the "migrate" successfully using my new email.the problem now is who alrdy did transfered and now gets this message Hello, nayrb! Your gPotato ID has been already migrated to the My.com account base, if you experience any issues while log in to the game, write to support.my.com.
