i need help, new player here

i just create a healer class on the game to discover the game just give me all kind of stuff to reach lvl 75 equipment and a lot of stuff but i really dont know how to play and the servers just go to maintenance so my questions are, i can create a new character and not lose all the thing just i got ? i want to play some in low lvls to discover the basics (my error to use this voucher), is hard to lvl up to 75 if i want to create another character ? i just used the voucher that distribute the talents and just noticed i am a healer that have a dps build xD, theres a healer build that anyone can brig me ? i dont know why the forum just name me "u_3274557" and i cant log out, just log me automatically everytime i try to log out or a name change at least, i search some information and discover theres more servers to play but i dont know how to change servers. if someone can responce me all this if will be really apreciated

You still need to level up to 80 "manually". It is quick and not very demanding but doing it with heal build won't be easy.
At 80 you get quests for unlocking second build - can be done i 10 min with some luck.. or less than an hour without. You get also quest line to unlock reincarnations - additional characters sharing some items and part of progress. This questlinee will take more time.

You can also create alternate character.

For server change - check buttons at bottom of character selection screen. One of them is server select.

As you are a new player, I would suggest making a new char and banking those lv75's items asap to play the game from scratch.
YES It is more efficient/better to use it, reach lv80, unlock reinc, and play fresh on the reinc. But then you're already past some gameplay/end gameplay which just is not the real feeling for new players.

My advice for new players, play like a new player.

you can keep all the items
every new char gets a box with these at the time of writing

as a new player i would make a new char, keep the box (but use it later when i bettr understand things) and "Normally" level up from 1 to 80
leveling is the best part of the game and it teaches you a lot of things :)

Did you try to choose a username here: https://allods.my.com/en/user

You can't switch an already created character to another server, but you are free to create a new character on the server of your choice
- New Frontier and Equilibrium are the 2 Free to play servers (New Frontier is the most populated, as said above)
- Smugglers Paradise is the subscription server (you need to pay a monthly fee to access the server and play)
@ertil explained how to choose a different server from the character selection screen.

As long as the offer is active, you should get a welcome gift chest with a lvl 75 scroll, some permanent level 6 runes and other useful items, on each newly created character, on New Frontier or Equilibrium.

You'll find some healer builds in the healer subsection of the forum, and you'll also be able to ask any question there:
