Game offline ?

Shard is red and launcher says offline

its not offline, try using My.com launcher or the Other launcher , servers are fine, up and running :P Also check for corrupted files.

Hello,

Do you have an error when you try to log in to the game? Or after you click "Play" nothing happens?
What do you mean by "mine is all black"? your game? the latency indicator?

well log in servers are still offline, at least for me. Shard1 is offline in servers status tab in GameCenter. Game starts but doesn't connect to any server, later it crashes. Tried connecting from old launcher, My Games: AO: bin : but connection broken, connection closed. I run as admin, have drivers and shiet, play other games. But now I have an idea why no new players

Hello,

Can you at least reach the server list?

In any case, you may add the game client to your antivirus exception list.
Check your firewall settings too.

Server status in the game launcher doesn't mean anything, it's always "off".
Servers are currently online.

Whenever there is a maintenance, they are offline (but there is no maintenance planned for now)
