Worth it?

Hello, potential returning player. Last time I played on p2p was a bit after the patch which merged the NA/EU servers on the imp side. I do not want to change sides to lig. My char is likely lvl 55 or something.

Will it take long to get back in the game level and fear wise? Is the pvp constant?

I am no liar, I haven't lied to anyone. I am going to be honest.
Is it what you expect right now? No.
Is it worth it? Yes.

True, most of us are on league right now, there's only (litterally) a handful of players on empire side for now. I say for now because 9.1 is around the corner (~1 week).
We hope 9.1 will bring back veteran and new players.

If you will play on P2P with as purpose and goal to make the server work as a whole, I see no point as to why not. If you want to play 2h/day or less for "funsies" then I won't recommend this to you.

Nevertheless f2p has much more population, but compeitively keeping up more with your wallet than with your gear, and otherwise getting beaten up in any pvp-wise content (80% endgame) because you do not want to compete in the CS, then I see no reason to continue on longterm in that server either.

I hope you find your way in p2p, we're all here to welcome everyone :)

Thanks for the swift reply. Unfortunately unlike my early allods career when I could dedicate more hours to play per day in order to be on top, that is not the case anymore. 2 hours per day during the week and 6-7 during the weekends is all I can do.

Yes, but only two of them. I am still able to play perfectly, I've played since then on a private allods server.

I would still have some questions regarding the imp side. Are 24 man raids still a thing, or are the numbers reduced? Do they still happen and if yes, then in which day and at what hour? Is the upcoming patch next week reseting the gear cap as well?

I already have greatness (not sure if still relevant) and bag/mounts from raids with professions and all available rubies up until the last patch I played in (6.0).

Every few months they are unlocking new astral sectors. But in 9.1 u can get gear in 1 day from prev season. For example in 9.1 u will be able to get full epic gear in 1 day, cuz there will be new zone Al-Riat (at least name on ru). So basicly in that zone u are doing quests for currency, than u can buy any piece of gear u want, its pretty fast and easy.

Great to hear, so the gear catching up part won't be a problem. How many days until this patch comes? Is there anything else I should be doing to catch up, besides doing these quests for gear and leveling up to the max level?

And my questions regarding imp side raiding still stands, if any imp p2p player sees this.

The current raid is Observatory and is a 12 man raid, altho easy mode triggers from 8 players and goes up to 15. The raid on easy mode scales on the amount of ppl are in it.

@Blood so i say now to you dont expect to much from Patch ! I play over 3 Years now on P2p Empire, your Name sounds familiar! Player will come stay for the CE freetime maybe and then they will leave again , beacause since Patch 6.0 it is always the same ! most off them have F2p Char with good CS and they comes for the free CE time or play on Ru Server and seach just new Player for this Server !

Empire Side is dead and i dont think it will be much change ! Because People will go again on League Side ! ! It give few old Player like me ,who still stay and look what going on , but the behave on this Server from League side is so bad now that i lost my Mood .

When i see what Player here writing without any real Playtime on P2p i can go enrage . I was always for open things, because how i always say when People knows the true what going on and they come they stay but when you put Honey around the Mouth People leave after they see what real going on and speak then we are Liars !

You can write a Ingame Mail to me if you want ! Few Player still playing but with diffrent timezone . Or you can reach me in offiziel Discord from Allod ! ;)

@ Dragagon i wish you would just stop to write so if you are old P2p Player with so much Exp from this Server ! We are to little for such Honey from you , i hope one Day you get it ! Thanks for your input. I guess I have made my peace with allods a long time ago, this is just a short comeback (I hope, haha). I do not believe the talk of player-base revival following a patch, that thing usually holds up for a few weeks only at best. Unless they merge EU p2p with RU p2p the low population issue will forever persist, however I do not think the allods team will ever do that, even if it would be the best thing possible to do for the EU servers - yet, despite all odds, I do hope that a merge will happen.

The merge will only happen if the current authorities actually care about their players, which they definetely don't.

There is no official announcement about the next update yet, so none of the dates you can read for now (a week or July 18th) is an official date.
