wrong ruby description

9.1 paladin tank on 2nd grid, top-right: "Light Crown: Holy Grounds cooldown (r3) is reduced by 10.5 seconds".
In reality it's reduced by %, not seconds. I hope this is a bug and not a typo.

There is not a single ruby or explaination in talent points where it says that you gain a ~40% shield when using shield slam on Holy Ground.
The rubies saying that you gain a shield when using shield slam "Glowing Shield" and the rubies "Unbreakble Shield" giving more shield when using Strike of Justice and Shield Slam when conviction is active on the target, do NOT seem to stack. Or I am guessing that one of these rubies want to tell us that you gain a big ~40`% shield when Shield Slamming on Holy Ground but the descriptions are completely off then.
