Scouts can tank?

I keep hearing about scouts being great tanks these days. What do those builds look like? I only ever see them as dps

They would/should look like this: Scout PVE TANK; 68 rubies.

Stats I'd recommend are 250 DA, all rest into swiftness,
Defensive: 250 caution, 250 survivability, all rest into vitality.
