I had 120% magic lamp bonus and 906 remaining bonus crystal. Does it mean when I want to top up 1000 bc, I will not receive 1200 premium crystal because my remaining bonus is only 906? thanks.

Yes. Remaining bonus is limit and you don't get more.
906 means you get it with 755 bc topup (at 120%) and anything more will be without bonus.
