Hello,

Timed artefacts are available in the in-game boutique on the F2P server (Services tab and then "Artefacts") so it shouldn't make any difference whether you're playing with a Steam account or a My.com account.

There's been reports with steam where players had problems topping up via steam tho, so watch out for that.
