NA/EU Server Account Issue

I have recently returned from a small break from the game. I will say first that I had an account on the NA server as well as the EU. I used the same e-mail & password for both.
I mainly played on my NA account. The EU server account was made a while ago just to see any differences they had with NA.
During the account transfer, I put in the necessary information & it instead transferred my EU account.

I have sent in tickets to assist me with this transfer issue, but their sole response is only ever a link to the Troubleshooting page. I have asked that my NA account be transferred instead, that my EU account could simply be deleted or deactivated. I've even asked to change the email address on my NA account so that I could go through the transfer process with it instead. I always get the same response, a link that gives me no resolution to this issue.

Has anyone encountered this issue or something similar? If so, could you please share with me how it was fixed? If it was through the aid of the support team, could you tell me what you asked so that I can ask them in the same way? Thank you :)

You need to make the tranfer of your US account to another email adress than your EU account.

Use another browser to be sure, or, log out from,, from the launcher too. You need to be totally log out from anything related to and Allods.
You make a new account, with a new email adress, then go to and make the transfer again, starting from your US account.

Ah, ok. Thank you for the quick response.

I logged out from all things related to Allods (sites & launcher). I created a new account with a new email address & then tried to begin the transfer process all over. I logged into my NA gpotato account & then clicked Transfer Account & it tells me "Your current Allods account has been already migrated to the account base, if you experience any issues while log in to the game, write to"; however, it was my EU account that was transferred.

Are you sure to start from the US site ?
US site and EU site have very similar adress(es?)

US :
EU :

You can log in the US site with no problem ? With your US login and password ?

Have you ever let someone else play with your US account ? Are you sure nobody could have made this transfer but you ?

When you add your ingame chars to your friendlist (with your EU account) can you see them ?

I will think about it, or maybe someone will have an idea :).

Yes, I make sure it's the US site. I log in to the site with my US info just fine. I've never allowed anyone to access my account.
My NA characters are addable to my friendlist & they are still on my guild's roster, so they are still "alive", lol, just not accessible to me, it seems.

I'm not sure this is relevant, but if I try to log into the game with my US info it tells me that my account name (email) or password is invalid - even though it tells me the account was already migrated.

Hi there,

That sounds odd.

You said you took a little time away, can I ask how long that was?

And can I ask you to send me a PM with the ticket ID, your gPotato ID's (both for NA and EU), the email that what linked to the account(s) and the main character(s) on the NA account and a screenshot of the error message you get on the NA page and I will ask my boss when he's back to his computer.
