I have been unable to top up using paypal (UK).This problem only started recently. Once the paypal window opens it says I have to add a new card. The account and card I have always used, without any problem in the past, are shown but not accepted. If I add the card again it says something went wrong. I have no problem using my paypal account anywhere else.
A ticket was sent but the reply said they were unable to deal with this as the support website was being upgraded. The ticket was closed and I was advised to send another ticket if the problem persisted. Which it has. Now, it seems impossible to contact support as they are using a beta version. I did manage to contact them via "feedback", which appears to be the only way. Today, I received a reply that the ticket had been closed, no explanation given. I was again asked to submit another ticket, this is not possible.
Seems my money is not needed.
