Failed to complete payment

Can't top up on crystals for some weird reason. It worked on my account a few days before.

Message says:
Failed to complete payment.
Payment was cancelled.

message shows after putting in payment info and hitting the pay button.
Can somebody help.
Using the visa option. U.S.

I think you should talk to the technical support:
https://support.my.com/games/kb/allods/
just choose any category and they'll redirect you to the appropriate one, as there's no category for topping-up difficulties.

It has been over three months since you guys posted it, but i still am unable to top up my account in order to subscribe... Since PayPal is unavailable in my country, do you guys know a way to work around it?

There is no way to top up

There is no way to TOPUP. The card I used has been available for consumption for the past 2 years, but just yesterday, he said that my payment failed. I can use this card even before I link to PAYPAL. I ca n’t pay now, and my date has n’t arrived yet. Can someone help me?

Easy way to see if its on My.Games end is if you go talk to ur Bank and ask them if anything is hindering you from purchasing from "this" site. if u linked to paypal , u can just refil money directly to paypal, then pay with paypal and it will take the money u have on Paypal.

Hey, I have another issue with payment now. I transferred my account today, downloaded Allods one more time and I wanted to buy subscription. I logged into the game and followed the link from there but it keeps on telling me: "Please log in into the game first.". I AM logged in. There is no way I can top-up my account. Did any of you have the same issue and know how to fix it?

Yeah I had that sme issue but with Forum, I was logged in on site, but when I clicked forum I got redirected to log in, but I got up my "Change password" site instead since I was logged in. I sent ticket and they answered with bot message, then it got fixed auto after a day or 2

I have been unable to top up using paypal (UK).This problem only started recently. Once the paypal window opens it says I have to add a new card. The account and card I have always used, without any problem in the past, are shown but not accepted. If I add the card again it says something went wrong. I have no problem using my paypal account anywhere else.
A ticket was sent but the reply said they were unable to deal with this as the support website was being upgraded. The ticket was closed and I was advised to send another ticket if the problem persisted. Which it has. Now, it seems impossible to contact support as they are using a beta version. I did manage to contact them via "feedback", which appears to be the only way. Today, I received a reply that the ticket had been closed, no explanation given. I was again asked to submit another ticket, this is not possible.
Seems my money is not needed.

Please contact the Customer Support about the problems with Paypal (Visa, Bank Account, Money Balance), also mention that this problems occured right after the Migration to MY.GAMES, this problem has to be solved individually by everyone who is affected by this. If you still need some help feel free to contact me via PM.
Everyone has their own ways of expression. I believe we all have a lot to say, but finding ways to say it is more than half the battle.
