Failed to complete payment
Can't top up on crystals for some weird reason. It worked on my account a few days before.
Message says:
Failed to complete payment.
Payment was cancelled.
message shows after putting in payment info and hitting the pay button.
Can somebody help.

I think you should talk to the technical support:

just choose any category and they'll redirect you to the appropriate one, as there's no category for topping-up difficulties.
I've had this in the past just because my card had the wrote date. Make sure to check your info.
same issue for me way back, I put Card to PayPal and it worked xD

It also works for me as well.
It has been over three months since you guys posted it, but i still am unable to top up my account in order to subscribe... Since PayPal is unavailable in my country, do you guys know a way to work around it?
