Yes! Its that time again, the Gibberling festival is upon us.
Every Gibberling who visits Colette de Blizare (the Holiday Committe official) in Novograd during this festival will be able to buy rare goods from distant lands.
But Hurry! These costumes will only be purchasable for the duration of the festival.
The festival will run from Friday May 16th until Friday May 23rd.
