Gearing guide

hello. well im old allods player, and just got back to game after this new merge patch. and so im used to old fashion gearing metod, go to astral get ur upgrades and thats it. so now i find it very confusing with this new zone wellbel perseve, forlon + astral.
so can someone exolan to me pls how do i get my gear now, where to get my upgrade pieces , and when to go to astral?
