Better technical support

My situation may be isolated, but it has been almost 2 weeks since I got a reply from technical support and have yet to be able and log into this game and it is very frustrating. You would keep a lot more subscribers if you put more time into answering tickets. I am wits end because I am just waiting and waiting for a reply that may never happen. So far I am very disappointed, but then again..maybe I am just unlucky...

I'm sorry to hear that, I know they are already looking to recruit some more staff for the CS department.

If you PM me the ticket ID and a bit of info about the ticket, I can add it to my list that I will bring up with my bosses (on Monday) and get them to push for an answer.
