A Life Leech

I went into Defiled Ruins and did some quests, killing everything in there. Then I came back out and got the quest Life Leech, where I have to open the vessel containing Osip's Spark next to the body of the dead vampire. The body is still there but I do not get the option to click on the bottle.
I read in post, from 2014, that the quest was bugged and am wondering if it is still bugged and I have to wait for dungeon reset?
