Guten Morgen zsm :)

Ich habe nun vor fast 3 Tagen ein Ticket geschrieben wegen einer Kostenübertragung. gPotato Konto auf mein Allods Konto. Ich wollte mal fragen wie lange es wohl dauern wird bis ich da eine Antwort bekomme?

Hoffe hier kann mir wer helfen :)

Hallo SweetBat,

die bearbeitung eines Tickets kann unterschiedlich lange dauern, je nachdem um welchen Grund es sich handelt, und in welcher Sprache das Ticket verfasst wurde.
Für gewöhnlich sollte eine Ticketbearbeitung nicht länger als 2-5 Tage dauern.
Ich werde deine Ticket-ID weitergeben sodass dies genauer untersucht werden kann.
