Bug with race on Wandering Isle

I posted more than one year ago a bug about palas and scouts who have a skill that lets them advance with far higher speed than any other class in the race of the Wandering Isle. This bug is still there, as I could see today. It is kinda sad that you do a good race, but have no chance at all because that scout simply runs faster as a spark because of their passive skills.

Which passive skill? Scout has Combatant stance which is inactive upon being spark. Paladins got Rage of Light which they cannot use upon being spark.

For that it is inactive while being spark, it works surprisingly good...

otherwise it must be a bug people are abusing...
