180 gobelin bugged

The 180 days gobelin is bugged. I use it on my main on my DPS build but I can't use it on another build on my main or on any of my incarnation.
I already desactivate my addons which block the change of spell during fight ( I can put any of my spell on my bar except this one), the spell is present in book of spell but when I click on it, it doesn't launch and I can't put it on my tab bar.

Can you fix it please ?

Edit : No in fact I found the real spell in the tab "Others", mb
