Friends, how do you think public education is successful for human development? Is it better to engage in self-education? and if so, how best to organize it?

Public education only teaches people what is required to be a functioning worker for basic tasks.
If someone is happy with that, it is totally OK

However there are SIGNIFICANT deficits regarding financial knowledge in almost every western country
The things that really matter are NOT told in schools...
Self-education is impossible to avoid if you have greater ambitions for your life. It is fore sure the most efficient&effective way of learning.
How someone does this is dependent on the individual.
if you are interested in this topic and you do not know him already, read the book "rich dad - poor dad" from Robert Kiyosaki

If you spend a really long peroid of time with doing only what you really enjoy at some point you will actually get satisfied to a level you feel so happy and complete in your life you will just smile all the day and then search for new options and goals. This is one thing that makes people gain knowledge in various topics. This knowledge, after some time, lead to new (usually intellectual) "resources" which often yield significant profit...

Thanks for the response. SEO education is a very important component not only of the technical sphere of education, but also of education in general. An important topic worth discussing. Recently, in collaboration with the service , I raised this issue in my essay, which caused very heated debate within my group at the university.

It is successful to an extent as public education in most countries doesn't cover aspects that functioning adults need to have a good grasp on. But this is where education from the family comes in or that provided by separate classes to which kids are enrolled.
