Winter Blood Tournament rules - 2020

1. General
1.0 Tournament Organizer represented by Allods Team can change dates and times of the combats; in this case, tournament participants will be notified in advance on the Allods Online official website.
1.1 Current version of the game client is used during the tournament.
1.2 Competition format — ranked 3v3 combats. Players form teams of 3 people on their own.
1.3 Smuggler's Paradise players participate in the Tournament of Blood on a universal basis.
1.5 Tournament combats are carried out in several stages:
  • Elimination stage: [04.02, 06.02, 11.02], [20:00 till 22:00] CET
  • Final stage: [15.02/22.02] — semifinal and final stages set in a double elimination format (with a second chance given to loser teams).
1.6 Each team that plans to participate in the final stage must be registered without exceptions in a special form . Unregistered teams will not be allowed to participate in the final stage.
1.7 The members of the registered team can not be changed during the tournament.
1.8 Only one character is allowed to participate in battle for the entire duration of the tournament. If players are identified to be part of more than one team, they will be disqualified.
1.9 Only players of the European servers are allowed to participate in this Blood Tournament.

2. Conduct
2.1 Tournament combats are held in the same way as Ranked 3v3 combats. Results are stored in the corresponding score table .
2.2 The Tournament is carried out in several stages divided by several days. Competitors are selected only by general results of the elimination stage.
- Elimination stage — [04.02.2020] — the number of competitors is not limited; everyone is allowed to participate further.
- Elimination stage — [06.02.2020] — the number of competitors is not limited; everyone is allowed to participate further.
- Elimination stage — [11.02.2020] — the number of competitors is not limited; only the strongest 16 teams are allowed to participate further.
- Final stage — [15.02/22.02] — fights between 16 teams, starting with 1/16 until 1/4 (including repechage bracket).
2.3 During elimination stage, matches are made randomly, between teams with similar rank.
2.4 16 teams of players with the highest rank on the score table are selected for the final stage.
2.5 Participants take it upon themselves to make sure their characters are ready for the Tournament. For this, they need to talk to specific NPC to receive equipment and valuables.

3. Bugs, Constraints & Cheating
3.1 Rules of participation are defined by the General In Game Rules document. Same rules apply to actions of all Tournament participants.
3.2 Violation of the current In Game Rules by a player may result in disqualification or a technical defeat of that player's team.
3.3 After first violation, depending on its severity, the participant may receive a warning or get disqualified. Second violation will lead to disqualification.
3.4 During combat, Organizer has a right to any action directed at detecting violations.

4. Disconnections
4.1 Disconnection is a network disconnection during the game caused by a system or network failure, computer problems, power supply problems, etc.
4.2 Tournament combat continues in case of one or more players not being able to play because of an unexpected and unintended disconnection.

5. Rewarding
5.1. Rewards can only be received by players from registered teams.
5.2. The rewards are issued according to the information provided during the registration of the team (character and server names). The participating and receiving character should be on the same account.

6. Other
5.1 Any complaints about combat results can be filed during 60 minutes after the combat. If no complaints were submitted in the specified period of time, the result won't be reviewed.
5.2 Tournament Organizer officially represented by Allods Team can change and add to these Rules at any time with no prior notice.

7. Streaming
Players wishing to stream battles can apply for participation in the tournament as streamers by filling out a special form . If the application is agreed, confirmation of this will be sent to the forum profile specified during the registration, and the appropriate toolkit will be issued to the character.
