online shop

Hi, since yesterday the online shop doesn't work is that normal ? are they doing a maintenance of something ?
the issue is that we can't select the character so we can't purchase at all !

okay no problem waiting, but the event ends tuesday 31 so if they don't fixe it tomorrow we're gonna miss the event because of a technical issue :(
