Connection broken via Steam

Hello,

I am trying to connect to game via Steam but I get "Connection broken" message all the time. I rechecked firerwall, doublechecked folder permissions vut it still dont work. I also verified game. After this I am not sure what to do. I also ude windows defender as antivirus.

Help.
