Miraculous Scroll can't be used...

Hello,


I have a problem with the Miraculous Scroll.
I just bought the Miraculous Ark, however, I can't use the Miraculous Scroll.

If I use it, I have to wait 10 seconds and then I have to choose if I will go to the League or Empire.

After choosing one nothing happens and it says: "You do not have a".

What do I not have?
Please help, I don't know what I have to do.

what level are you? you have to finish the 1st adventure in order to be able to use the scroll
